Peter brings more than 30 years of experience to property and estate planning work. He explains the options clearly and helps clients decide what to do next.
Alison Helen Lynch
Head of Commercial & Residential Conveyancing
Alison leads our residential and commercial conveyancing work, advising on purchases, sales, leases and related transactions. Before joining Aikman Bell, she was Head of Residential and Commercial Conveyancing and Practice Manager at Mackay Sinclair, where she oversaw its estate agency and conveyancing departments. She also advises on wills and powers of attorney.
Roz Aikman
Head of Executries & Estate Administration
Roz has more than 30 years of experience in executries and estate administration. She helps families work through the practical steps of handling an estate with clear guidance at a difficult time.
Stewart Black
Estate Agent
Stewart guides sellers from valuation through marketing, viewings, negotiation and sale. He combines Edinburgh market knowledge with practical advice and works closely with the legal team to keep clients informed.
