My experience with Aikman Bell was extremely positive. Estate agent Stewart Black was quickly on the case. Within days he’d arranged for the home report to be done and a week later my property was on the market. I felt absolute confidence in Stewart’s knowledge of the local market. He seemed well informed on what price I might be able to get and how best to market the property and helped me to get a much higher price for my property than I was expecting. He was friendly to work with, flexible with availability (I sometimes had to call outside of normal working hours) and extremely efficient.  I felt that he really went the extra mile in helping me sell my place. When it came to the legal side of things Peter Aikman was completely on the case too. He’s very professional, efficient and quickly got on with things.
