Wills & Powers Of Attorney

Making a Will

Many people die without making a Will. This leads to the costly administration of an Estate with regard to sorting out who is to benefit.  Without a Will, your Estate will not necessarily go to the people you would want to inherit.  This could cause a great upset to your nearest and dearest.

Power of Attorney

A Power of Attorney enables a relative or close friends or professionals to administer the affairs of an elderly or infirm person who, for whatever reason, are unable to manage their own affairs.
