Within days he’d arranged for the home report to be done and a week later my property was on the market. I felt absolute confidence in Stewart’s knowledge of the local market. He seemed well informed on what price I might be able to get and how best to market the property and helped me to get a much higher price for my property than I was expecting. He was friendly to work with, flexible with availability (I sometimes had to call outside of normal working hours) and extremely efficient. I felt that he really went the extra mile in helping me sell my place.
When it came to the legal side of things Peter Aikman was completely on the case too. He’s very professional, efficient and quickly got on with things.
They were able to sell my flat with minimal fuss, and they were able to get me such a good price for it. On top of all of this their fees seemed very reasonable.
These guys are fantastic and I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing to sell a property in Edinburgh.
